WARRANTY, RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Astoryas Robot Technologies Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (“Astoryas”) olarak, satışını gerçekleştirdiğimiz tüm endüstriyel ekipman ve yedek parçalarda %100 orijinal ürün garantisi sunmaktayız. B2B (Kurumsal) ticaret prensipleri gereği, iade ve değişim süreçlerimiz aşağıdaki prosedürlere tabidir.

1. Warranty Coverage

All machinery and equipment we sell are covered against manufacturing and material defects. Manufacturer (ESAB, TBi Industries, etc.) It is under warranty.

• Machines: Unless otherwise stated, it is covered by a 2-year (24-month) warranty.
• Spare Parts: Provided it is unassembled and unused, it is guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

Products are considered outside the warranty coverage and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Supplies: Parts with a limited lifespan, such as contact nozzles, gas lenses, and spirals.
• User Error: Incorrect assembly, dropping, impact, or unauthorized tampering.
• Infrastructure Problems: Electronic circuit board failures caused by voltage fluctuations (high/low voltage) originating from the electrical installation.
• Contract Manufacturing Parts: Damage resulting from the use of aftermarket parts.

3. Return and Exchange Terms

"Voluntary returns" are not permitted for industrial products. Return requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

• For stock items, return requests must be submitted no later than the delivery date. 3 business days It must be stated in writing.
• Cancellations and returns are not possible for out-of-stock items that are specially ordered (imported from abroad).

4. Return Shipment
