⚠️ Engineering Detail: Why “Dual Channel” Cooling?
In standard torch necks, water enters through one channel and exits through another. In the TBI RM82W, however, water circulation... Dual Circuit It has a special architecture. Cold water reaches the contact nozzle holder at the very end of the neck, instantly absorbing heat by maximizing the surface area.

TCP loss is the bending of the torch neck, even by millimeters, after a collision; in this case, the robot welds in the wrong place. The rigid structure of the TBi RM82W does not flex, so even after a collision, the robot continues welding from the same point.
2. Can I use this neckpiece in an air-cooled system?
