How does the 5-day delivery process work?

Day 0 — Technical Discussion: We evaluate your application, part types, and production volume. We determine the correct CR model and ESAB sourcing process.

Days 1–2 — Configuration: We configure your system, manage inventory, and plan shipments. We prepare and obtain your quotation for approval.

Days 3–5 — Setup: The system arrives at your factory. The Astoryas technical team performs on-site mechanical assembly, electrical connection, software configuration, and initial welding testing.

Day 5 — Training and Handover: Basic operation, program installation, and consumable replacement training via a Turkish interface. A field test report will be delivered.

Afterwards — 24/7 Support: Remote connection support, spare parts stock, periodic maintenance. TBI consumables shipped the same day.

82W — Dual Channel Water Cooling System

The "W" configuration of the TBi RM2 82W features two separate cooling channels running along the torch. dual water channel It describes the system. This critical design detail provides significant advantages over single-channel systems in robotic welding applications.

Single Channel vs. Dual Channel — The Technical Difference

In single-channel systems, the coolant flows unidirectionally from the torch inlet to the outlet. In this arrangement, the temperature in the center of the torch rises during the return flow of the coolant, and heat cannot be distributed homogeneously. In high-current continuous welding applications, the torch life is shortened.

In a dual-channel system, coolant water flows through all components. It flows in parallel through two separate channels. — one forward, one backward. The results of this design are:

• Homogeneous heat distribution — The torch is cooled evenly along its entire length.
• Long torch life — Maintenance intervals are extended as thermal stress decreases.
• High current stability — Arc stability is maintained during continuous operation at 400–500A.
• The hose pack temperature drops — Critical for operator safety and cable lifespan.

TCP Stability — A Critical Parameter of Robot Resources

TCP (Tool Center Point) is the fundamental reference point that allows the robot to hold the programmed welding point with millimeter precision. TBi RM2's round-mount (RM) mounting system, TCP offers superior stability compared to traditional connections.
