xMate CR Series, ROKAE's proprietary force-position hybrid control frame and high-performance control system developed in-house for industrial robots. xCore It is built on this foundation. The result: a being that senses the world around it, not just moves.
Robot body IP67 protection class By carrying it, it can be placed in environments where other cobots cannot be used. Each joint houses a torque sensor for real-time 6-axis force/torque feedback; while an independent safety controller TÜV approved ISO 13849-1:2015 PL d, Category 3 It reaches that level.
Cartesian stiffness can be adjusted in real-time via software between 0–18,000 N/m, and rotational stiffness between 0–2,500 Nm/rad. This allows the same robot to perform a rigid precision assembly task one moment and a collaborative human-assisted task the next — without the need for reconfiguration or redeployment.
